SHIPPING POLICY & RETURN-REFUND POLICY

At Yonder Media Private Limited, we offer a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
 
 
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

SHIPPING POLICY
For domestic orders, we use registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post services for shipping. Orders delivery within 7- 8 days, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation, by the courier company/post office regulations.
Yonder Media Private Limited cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by the courier company/postal authorities. We commit to handing over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7- 8 days from the date of order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed upon during order confirmation.
